Never having visiting Harper House before , my husband and I decided to celebrate our 26th anniversary by having dinner there. It was truly a wonderful experience from the time we arrived. We both had the rib eye with baked potato and it was cooked to perfection. The corn bread was delicious best we have ever eaten. The server was attentive and helpful. Will definitely be coming back.

Good food & service We got the meatloaf with mashed potatoes and instead of green beans we got the Mac n cheese. It was all really good. The cornbread and strawberry butter was good too.

Our favorite place for a special night out. The food and drinks are always excellent. Where can you get a scratch kitchen these days. The staff is always kind, attentive and knowledgeable. Sterling the bartender makes some of the best cocktails I’ve ever had. The selection for drinks is expansive. The atmosphere is great. It’s so fun to hear live music when you sit on the piano bar side, and it’s nice booths are available too. This is a local treasure.

We really enjoyed our trip to Harper House. It’s about a 30-40 minute drive for us. It’s not conveniently located, but we enjoyed it enough that it’s worth planning an evening to go. We made reservations, and highly recommend doing so to avoid driving out and it being super busy! We were on the bar side for the live music and don’t regret it! The stage is set inside and “above” the bar so there’s no bad seat in the house. Food was hot, and obviously very good quality. I had a white Sangria, which was very good. I definitely look forward to a return trip! Understandably, steaks are set at Market Price, but I look forward to trying the ribeye next time.
