Before coming to Ramada I expected the absolute worst. My very good friend was getting married here and I saw that the banquet hall was considered "great when decorated", but the rooms were sub par at best. I also looked, prior to reading reviews, and saw that this hotel is considered to be a 2-star hotel. With that being said, here's my experience and review of everything: Check-in was a breeze. We were met by friendly, courteous staff. As far as the lobby, it looked great. It was clean, didn't smell bad. I had no issues parking my car wherever I wanted (which was right in front of my room's window). After checking in, I went to my room. The hallway leading to my room had a weird smell. It didn't stink, but it wasn't roses and daisies. I smelled like something was tried as far as cleaning up a mess and it just mixed with whatever was being cleaned and that's the smell now. The room itself was very clean, the closet door was missing but the closet was barely more than a little divot in the wall so who cares? In the bathroom, the toilet paper holder was coming off of the wall... Again, who cares? There were a bunch of cosmetic paint issues and one for the nightstands looks like it had been in a fight with a tiger... Who cares? Anyway, overall I give the hotel a 5 star review. As this place is a 2 star hotel, they definitely exceeded my expectations for service. Hands down top tier in the service department. Very friendly, quick to respond, quick to serve, pleasant to speak with, and very apologetic (I had to tell one lady to stop apologizing, clearly they were short staffed and I was in no hurry. I told her to take her time). The continental breakfast was literally continental breakfast. I didn't expect much here either. They had a decent variety of foods and drinks. The orange juice isn't orange juice, but it's an option along with the apple juice, coffee, and milk. The automatic pancake maker was interesting to try. For the banquet hall and wedding: Everything was beautiful. They had a full service staff to serve guests. The food was very good (I wasn't expecting it to be so good, honestly). They changed the lights to the colors for the wedding. I really enjoyed myself. Over all, I got what I expected and paid for. They definitely could use an upgrade on looks, paint, and the cosmetic issues but if you remember that this is a 2 star hotel and not The Ritz Carlton, you won't care as long as your room is clean.

Great stay, lovely staff very welcoming. Hotel were well kept and rooms were all clean. Lots of space for parking around the hotel. Breakfast was great also got to speak with management upon checking out who was nice in friendly!⭐️

Living Life

Spent a week at this hotel and absolutely give it top ratings. The banquet hall was gorgeous when it was decorated! It was beautiful with fine details and cleanliness. I had the pleasure of meeting the breakfast cooks- PHIL and JOAN. They are such happy people! Always smiling, friendly, and they keep the place nice and clean. The food was great! Lots of variety, kept warm (if needed) and was never out of stock (utensils, plates, etc) Having such friendly service first thing in the morning set my day right. Definitely recommending this hotel to all family and friends.

The room was clean and quiet; other things did not live up to expectations. Baseboard was loose. Closet door was off-track and had a knob missing. Wallpaper was loose in multiple places. The complementary breakfast very disappointing. No bowls for cereal. Pancake machine broken. Yogurt machine also broken. The eggs and sausage were cold in one morning of our visit.
