i had a mobile order that i was picking up through the drive thru and the app doesn’t have like a “notes” section to say what not to include in my chicken sandwich. i pulled up to the first window to grab my receipt and i was going to tell the person to not add any pickles or onions to it. he slammed the window shut and left before i could say anything. i pulled up to the second window and tried getting the girls attention. i got ignored twice. i was louder the third time and told her and she told someone else not to add any pickles or onions. she was cursing me out in spanish thinking i wouldn’t understand it which i did. very rude people and service. if you don’t want to be there then don’t be there. don’t take it out on your customers. simple as that. the food was also very stale which didn’t help with the experience

This McDonald's is one to avoid. Not only because of the outrageous prices since it is not corporate and is a franchise. They literally overprice everything at this location but because of how petty they are. I placed an order for a coffee using my app coupon on a Monday evening with literally no other customers in line, me being the only car. I needed to place a second very small order for another person in my vehicle whom wanted to use their own app and they tell me it's one order per a car and they can't assist me with a separate order. They told me I can only add to my order, I would need to drive back around just to place this order. Smh

Food was ight; they specifically asked me if I wanted any sauce with my chicken nuggets and I said yes, sweet and sour sauce... you think it was there? Like, they had one job THEY OFFERED 🤦🏽‍♀️🙄🙃

No matter how big your order is they only give you 1 sauce. I got a 20 piece nuggets. 2 burgers. 2 large fries and still refused to give me more than one sauce
