I've lived at Parkside Estates for over a year and have really enjoyed my time here. The 2-bedroom apartment is spacious and updated with an in-unit washer/dryer, modern kitchen appliances, and a large balcony. The grounds are well maintained, and the pool is spacious and clean. There is a walking path that wraps around the entirety of the complex with a lot of cool wildlife to spot by a pond in the back. The landlord (Linda) is always friendly and a joy to work with. I’m hoping I can stay at Parkside Estates for years to come!

I moved from out of state to the Chicago area, and Parkside was the first place that I lived around here. I'm glad that I was able to find this awesome place from out of state. The apartment is very well maintained and very clean. I don't see any place that has a better value than Parkside around the area. Unfortunately, I move out since my office moved to further from here. Otherwise, I would have renewed my contract for additional years.

My wife and our young son lived at Parkside Estates for 2 years and could not have been happier. Linda, the property manager, is an extraordinary person. When we first moved in and walked through our apartment with Linda, it was clear that she was a no-nonsense person about the quality of the apartments and ensuring that everyone's living experience was as good as it could be. Maintenance was terrific. Any time we had to submit a request (which was very few times) Linda and the maintenance team would be on it almost immediately. The team was very friendly and courteous. Also worth noting that during the COVID-19 pandemic anytime the maintenance team had to come in the apartment they were properly masked. Overall the experience was excellent. If you're in the market for a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment you can't go wrong with Parkside Estates.
