Scheduled to be picked up at 930 from the wreck room.. got a confirmation email... called day of while at the wreck room was told they had no notes stating that they wer to pick me up... should have went to enterprise. Ended up calling insurance company and switching my rental to enterprise much better service enterprise is located on gary in carol stream told them my situation and they wer happy to help make my day better

I came to this Hertz after a car accident. David was SO kind, attentive and absolutely delivered in finding us a vehicle that was comparable to ours. They seamlessly connected with the auto body shop & the insurance company so all I had to do was produce a drivers license and drive away. The entire process was smooth and it helped that David was so personable. He wasn't one of those stare at the computer and only talk when needed types. He's providing service with a smile which the world needs more of.

This is worst place to ever rent a car. Fist of all the guy I was dealing with was so rude and disrespectful. They gave me a car that appeared to be clean yet smelled awful. I took the car back on full tank of gas and the price was around $140.00 there about yet charged my credit more money than two hundred dollars. This was the worst experience I have eve had with car rentals. They increased the price besides me paying my own tolls. I would refer anyone to them.

My experience at Glendale Heights Hertz was amazing!! Joe was so helpful and although I was offered to purchase extra coverage, I did not feel pressured. My credit card declined initially and he was very patient and worked with me to find a solution. His top priority was making sure my family had the vehicle we needed for our trip. Thanks, Joe!!!

Go 2 the website for the total, but definitive see if u have some coupons or credit cards that offer u a savings of some kind
Sometimes they give customers a ride home. They won't on weekends because there's only one rep in the office, but at other times. It is a very nice service, but if the other rep is doing a walk around outside, they may miss the phone. I know it can be a little frustrating, but give it 15 min and call back.
