The receptionists were the only nice people there. The dr I saw (was a guy) I felt like he didn’t really care about my skin problems and I was his billionth patient that day, so he was just trying to get me over with. He was talking so fast and I felt very rushed. He basically told me there was no cure. His assistant just sat there and didn’t say anything.. wouldn’t return.

I genuinely enjoyed my visit to this location. I called before a vacation I was scheduled for, and they fit me in due to a cancelation. The front desk service was exceptional and the greeting team and Dr. Hetz did a fantastic job helping me. They offered suggestions for my diagnosis and wanted to follow up. The location is easy to find, and the office is modern and beautiful inside. Due to the great service, I will be switching my dermatology needs to this office. My other one is too busy with exceptionally long wait times. My daughter will be visiting them soon as well. I recommend this location for your dermatology needs.

Dr. Hetz is incredibly knowledgable! Great experience from scheduling (can be done online!), to appointment reminders, to intake, to being seen. This provider puts patients and their care first! Very rare and impressive given these days! Highly recommend.
