I’ll change my review when the Jefferson project is complete. Delayed two years in a row is unacceptable, especially when I see the city dump money into the east side of 65. I literally drive back ways because of how bad it is. Whoever voted on this to be delayed should be forced to drive down it everyday. Update: finally completed but took way too long.

I've called and stopped in many many times over the years for several things. I've always had my questions or concerns resolved. Planning / Zoning and Building Dept has been great. People are very helpful to me.

Lived here since 1975. We've worked with police, fire, water, building permits, and inspections departments on several dozen situations. Every situation, some of which have been very dicey, was dealt with effectively. We've also had contractors come in from other cities, where the differences between Blaine and other cities, mostly in the areas of water and inspections, was inadvertently showcased. In every case, which was at least three, the contractors were blown away by the competence and speed of Blaine. I'm not saying Blaine is perfect. But I am saying multiple outside contractors with a lot of experience throughout the twin cities, the state, and nationally, were taken aback and noticeably impressed by Blaine.

Out website address used to be ci.blaine.mn.us. But I'm not sure what the ci Blaine would stand for in Hugo. Where in Hugo was the flag?

I saw a fox this afternoon ( Sun May 5) with broken leg between Arnold Palmer Ct and 119 Ave and between Radisson and the lake west of radisson. I will take it to animal rescue if you can capture in a live trap.
