I'm actually not sure . Google the phone number .. you should be able to get the info. You need when you call.

If it's an actual emergency, that shouldn't matter. If it can wait, go see your PCP or go to an Urgent Care.

Have you tried calling them back? Not defending the lack of communication follow through return calls, because there is not a legitimate reason. But what I am saying is that whom ever you spoke with may have "dropped the ball" and your message or concern was delivered. Always get names and their position at the business so that they can go straight to the beginning of your frustration and they need also to better train as well as enforce expectations in the work place. I know this answer doesn't relieve your frustration, but hopes are that it helped to give you a possible less fiery view options. Hope things work out!

St thing North Hospital is the worst Hospital in the world to go to the nurses are rude the doctors are non caring and I'd rather check myself up and be at home then be at the hospital oh wait I did that with double pneumonia Anthony
