Came by at 11 am on a Friday, their sign says they open at 10 am but the door was locked. Lights on, but no one inside.

I paid $210 for two ear piercings with quality rings. Is it me or is this completely outlandish especially considering you can buy a piercing gun on Amazon for $25. Yes save yourself some money unlike myself and do the ears yourself. I honestly feel so taken advantage of and the customer service was subpar.

Scheduled an appointment for ear piercing at 11:00 am today, got there and no one was there and the door was locked. The posted hours say they open at 10:00 on Saturdays. We waited a few minutes (along with other confused customers) and no one showed up. No follow up call either.

This place always has everytging. Their items are super cute & prissy. I love the selection, colors & of course all the glitter. You can find purses, hair accessories, jewlery & notebooks. They even have the cutest holiday items.
