I’ve been coming here for the past 3 years. Dr Zinc has always been great but for each visit I have the worst experience with the rest majority of the staff especially the office manager. The front receptionist are okay, but for wearing glasses my whole life and wanting to try to use contacts for the first time. They misinformed me about the pricing and was not told that the (regular) exam and the (contacts) exam are charged individually and not the same thing. I thought I would be paying for the contacts itself. I called a month later to see if my contacts if they were ready and that’s when I was told they were never ordered. I said I had paid for them and that’s when they informed me it was just for the exam. I was never asked if I wanted to order contacts initially. But they were well aware it was my first time with contacts when they made me put on the trail contacts they should’ve asked if I like them that I did have to purchase the contacts aside from the exam. For every visit I had, the office manager (blond lady) helped me pick my frames and each time it was terrible customer service. As if she was bored and irritated. The biggest thing that bothers me is they never show me what are my options when it comes to my frames. Compared to the other locations I’ve been to it’s a big mat on the table or a pamphlet WITH pricing labeled about tinted lens/transitions/uv blocking. Etc I don’t even know what’s available without having to ask. Upon paying for my 2 frames, once I got home I realized there was a $120 charge for titanium AR for both frames total. I thought it was the exams, frame, and lens. I did not know what titanium AR is I had to google it basically an anti reflective coating. From other business I have been to they have always asked if I wanted to add that on it has always been an option and never once have I been asked if I wanted to add that to my frames here at look optical. Overall they are just misleading.

I love it here!! I’ve been coming here for years everyone i know i always recommend them to come here, i’m always taken care of awesomely. I’m very happy with Dr. Sarah i constantly struggle getting my contact lens with my left and right being completely different it usually causes me anxiety getting fitted each time with my eye sight being so troubling but she made me super comfortable with my struggle i had the best time with her and she definitely has my trust! Very happy i would never go anywhere else.

My family and I have enjoyed this particular Look Optical store for many years. Everyone is kind and knowledgeable. They have always looked after us and helped us with a half down and pay the rest when our eyewear are ready for pick up. I am delighted the team has chosen to continue the wonderful customer service Hassan always gave us.

I love Look Optical on 88th. Ive been seen here since i was 14. And now i bring my daughter as well. The staff is always so nice and helpful.
