I wish big places like this wouldn't tell customers that they carried certain products on their store website (this specific store) and then just didn't carry them. It's extremely misleading and has wasted my time. Useless.

So much more selection! The fastener aisle had exactly what we needed. Friendly staff found me in the store with my newly cut keys.

Lots of stuff. Employees actively avoid people looking for help. Constantly moving things around so you never know where things are...then ghost you when you can't find things.
