Great local roofing company that offers immense knowledge and customer care for insurance claims! Awesome company to be subcontracted with as well!

John with Severe Weather Roofing was professional from beginning to end. He went above and beyond to get the insurance company to pay for the wind and hail damage to my roof. The first 2 roofing companies I worked with stopped all contact with me once the insurance company denied my claim. John knows his building codes and was able to get the insurance company to pay. Once the claim was approved, Severe Weather Roofing was quick to get me on their schedule and get my roof replaced. Even before the claim was approved, John did a quick temporary repair to protect my home from water damage. I recommend Severe Weather Roofing and Restoration. Deborah in Loveland CO

A roof inspection while our house was up for sale revealed damage to our "hail-resistant" roof that had occurred during a hailstorm years earlier. We needed our roof replaced quickly. John Anderson came out to check our roof and quickly sent us an estimate, plus he was able to get us scheduled within about a week. John also handled a very difficult and unexpected problem with solar panels on our roof that had to be removed and reinstalled to finish the roof. John Anderson is definitely one of the most capable, honest, and responsive contractors we have ever worked with, and we highly recommend his company to anyone needing roof work.

My experience with this company was great. David was very good to work with. They dealt with my insurance company, I only talked to the adjuster once initially. They even met with the insurance adjuster while I was at work. Painless. It only cost me my deductible and looks awesome. They even painted my plumbing vents to match the shingles! They also did a good job cleaning up after.

All too often, roof system problems are discovered after leaking or other serious damage occurs. Periodic (twice-a-year) inspections often can uncover cracked, warped or missing shingles; loose seams and deteriorated flashings; excessive surface granules accumulating in the gutters or downspouts; and other visible signs of roof system problems. Indoors, look for cracked paint, discolored plasterboard and peeling wallpaper as signs of damaged roof areas.
Costs vary greatly depending on the pitch of your roof, the type of shingles you have, what condition the roof is in, and how many layers of shingles you have. The best way to find out the cost is to have a free quote done.
Severe weather, direct sun, algae and mildew growth can all be factors in what causes a roof to wear out. Hail stones striking the roof and removing some of the granules are also a problem. Darker colored roofs tend to wear out slightly faster than lighter colored roofs as well.
Roof restoration in simple words can be defined as a way to restore a roof. In a more complex definition, roof restoration is the process of replacing the existing tiles on the roof with new ones.
