Aaron and his team were great from start (proposal) to finish (job completion). We replaced white gutters with black gutters and redid the entry way porch covering which was damaged due to previous gutters. The black gutters make the house pop with curb appeal and match my new window trim. The new leaf guards are amazing as well. The job was completed as promised and the quality is outstanding. I originally had given this company a 1 star review a few years ago. I have had an opportunity since then to speak with Josh and get through some miscommunication that we were having then. As I have grown in the roofing community myself, I find that there is an open dialogue needed between other roofing companies and not continue to cause drama amongst each other over roofs. I am proud to see Sprague Roofing thriving in Colorado through all of the many challenges roofing companies have faced over the past few years. In April 2021 just by chance we stopped at the Laramie Home show because our gutters had pulled away from our roof during a March blizzard. Attempts to contact local companies were unsatisfactory. But meeting Ryan at the Sprague booth was a godsend! He scheduled an appointment right then and showed up on time the next week. Originally looking at the gutters he took additional time to look at the roof and siding telling us we need the whole exterior to have work. It was like having a personal assistant. Ryan reached out to our insurance company and participated in the conversation and was really our contact with them for the entire process. This is the third roof we have put on the house since 2000 and it is by far the best job and it was done in 1 1/2 days! Incredible work! Gutter replacement and exterior painting followed and we loved every bit of it. In fact, I referred a colleague to Sprague for his roof replacement before our job was completed. Our project managers are HAAG inspection certified, and are trained experts in working with insurance companies to get your home back to it's pre-loss condition. We will manage the claims communication, as well as the roofing, siding, painting, gutters, windows, and doors that were damaged during the loss event.

In addition to roofing we can manage scopes of work including: gutters, siding, windows, doors, decks, and exterior painting.
Hi Rhonda, we can definitely help with that. Usually when there is condensation in the attic, or abnormal heat trapping or loss, it is a result of improper ventilation. We offer an array of vent solutions for that sort of issue and can have one of our project managers identify exactly what your needs are. We'll reach out directly to get this scheduled.
