The staff here is amazing. We go here for all of our pets and always have a positive experience. They always take the time to answer our questions and talk us through options. The pet plans make going to the vet so much easier, and the reminders they send us make sure we never miss the regular check ups. It's also very reassuring that we know there is a clinic that has our pets' records almost anywhere we go in the country.

If I could give this office greater than 5/5, I would! Veronica, Dr. McComb, and honestly this entire team are amazing, thorough, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Highly, highly, highly recommend.

Updated Review 9/5/2022- they canceled my appointment I’ve had scheduled for my boy for 5 weeks now. The receptionist was NOT helpful as to why that occurred. They dropped the ball here. Bad communication 100%. McComb and the vet tech in the room actually scheduled it and we just found out that it was canceled for NO reason— and no warning!!!! Not happy with them. My four star has changed to a 1 star. I’m not impressed anymore. (Original Review) Veronica- the receptionist- is also a HOOT and amazing. I did see a tech pull one of my goldens by the neck once and I flipped my lid lol. They understood me though and have worked with me since then, but I’m still a little nervous since that experience- hence why I gave a 4. But we love this place! And I have never been a fan of Banfield 👀

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
Depends on the age. Puppies need boosters. For adults, some vets have 1 or 3 year vaccines. I am not 100% sure what Banfield has.
