Absolutely horrible customer service. They do not answer the phone most of the time during their business hours, and when they do, they forward you to someone else that doesn't answer. They also do not return phone calls after leaving a voice mail. They've hired a towing/booting company that boots your car whilst parked in your neighborhoods designated parking lot for "parking in a fire lane" per the sticker that was left on my car.

I live in Los Angeles and was recently looking for a house for my son and roommates to rent in Denver while they are going to the university. I do not know the area at all. It’s important to me not only to find a good house for my son to live in but that the house is in a safe area. I dealt with Shane. Shane was incredibly helpful in so many ways - he was on time for the appointment, he listened carefully to what we wanted and needed in a house and really tried to help us find what we wanted. Although we weren’t able to rent any of the houses he had listed, he spent quite a bit of time talking to us about different neighborhoods in Denver (which areas are safe and which areas we might want to avoid) and he also helped me by suggesting where and how I could look for a home. We finally found a house to rent and, if it weren’t for Shane’s suggestions on how to find a home, we never would’ve found this gem! So, if you call this property management company, please ask for Shane! And, if I’m ever in need of Rental services again in the Denver area, he’s the guy I’m going to go to!

There is no use in fighting. Severely understaffed and unable up provide basic services.

Yea i wanna know who has an actual number that can be reach these guys they just today sent an email saying we have to pay electronically but no way to do it

There is no phone number unfortunately. Try downloading the RentCafe app to pay electronically. There is a $1 charge
