Huron Towers Apartments

When I was looking for a place to move in, I found Huron tower via google. I was impressed by the positive reviews about their management team. So we finally decided to move in. I have to say that the staff here are really really great. The first day I got there, I brought them a challenging issue. I need a big parking space to receive my furniture and other stuff. I have asked many other places and no where I can find a space to do that, not even the storage area. One of their staff (I am not sure it is appropriate to share their names here so I won't) quickly booked a big area for me in there parking lot. Another staff was willing to help moving my furniture. He even brought two other helpers with him to help me out. I definitely couldn't do it without their great helps. The hardware here are also decent. The location is great. I walk through the garden trail to UM daily, which is a great relaxing experience and physical exercise. Their management team are always very friendly and eager to help. The building has been maintained very clean and orderly. I do not have any complaints toward them and I strongly recommend this apartment to whoever are looking for a place to rent. Thank you!

5/5 for mostly everything except the elevator service. 1 of the 2 elevators was broken when I moved in last year which caused me and my roommates an extremely rough and frustrating move-in, and now it’s broken again which will undoubtedly cause anyone moving in the near future to go through the same thing. 1 elevator for a 12 story high rise isn’t enough, and the building’s new rent hike should be enough to cover a new elevator, yet they continue to choose replacement parts and source them from out of state manufacturers which causes a longer wait time. Just thought this would be important to know for anyone looking to move in.

One elevator was down for more than two month. Update: On 6/3/2022, the same elevator is down again. 1 elevator is serving 180 units now.

This is a very safe and convenient community. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, it's amazing how well they operate everything. I used to forget my keys when I went to the basement to do laundry, but I was so lucky that they help me solve the problem even at 11pm! And many times when I carry heavy bags and boxes to the trash room, they were very happy to help me put them in the bins. And the things I love the most are the beautiful river view in summer and geese laying eggs in pots between two buildings in winter. Very comfortable balcony!
