Worst customer service ever!!!Deserves less than one star, I've had papers in the street and papers all wet,and no paper at all! I've reported it and still no paper, they better not charge me for Sunday's press!!I wish we had the real Grand Rapids Press back!This is what happens when there is no competition!

I called when the replacement for the Grand Valley Advance (an advertising section of the Grand Rapids Press) stopped being delivered. I called Mlive about the issue and they gave me two different phone numbers, one a recording asking for money for a pre-paid calling account and the other number disconnected. Mlive's help in this delivery matter is less than useless. They blocked my home phone number so I couldn't call them back after they gave me the first bogus number. Then I called on my cell phone and they gave me the second bogus number. Mlive is a scam.

I've ed had the same problem. Their excuse is that they don't have much control over their delivery people because they're private contractors. Screw that. I'm cancelling my subscription.

How does one get a hold of a live human being in your organization?????? I tried for 20 minutes and just gave us. Astonishingly poor for a "communications" organization.

Why do we have to wait for a Dunham's ad before viewing the sports section? - this is annoying. I thought my subscription payment was enough but now the GR press Mlive obviously need a kickback from Dunham's at our expense to make more money.
