I've been living here since June 2020, I have no issues at all, the management are very nice, and friendly, the neighbors are cool folks, one thing I don't like is non residents including young kids take over the pool, other than that I can see myself being here one-term George R

I lived at Eastbrooke for 3 years and I enjoyed it. Office staff is great, Dawn went above and beyond! Whenever something needed to be repaired, it was done so in a timely manner! Maintenance was great! My son loved the pool! I would definitely live there again!

EXTREMELY pleased with my stay here for a year. The staff in the office is amazing, very friendly and very responsive. Maintenance is excellent, very good guys and respond very quickly for maintenance issues. Quiet area, no problems at all. On top of that great price. Thank you for the amazing stay Eastbrooke!

I currently live here and have had water damage, called several times, i was told it’s mildew… clearly it’s not…apartment manager proceeded to yell at my 16 year old daughter and threatened to evict me.. my kids and myself are all sick from breathing in all the mold…i was told to buy some bleach and clean it myself they told me it’s the way i live… not acceptable dawn is the rudest and most unprofessional person should not be allowed to verbally assault a minor..
