They only sell lot rent is 452-500 they don't fix anything and trailers are sold as is some have very bad gas leaks and the work that has to be done on them is major go somewhere else this isn't a safe place at all

Like Dennis said. Alot of them need work. You can buy a trailer for a couple thousand dollars. But you have to be very careful with what you buy. It could end up costing a lot more. But rent is around $450 water is paid but you pay your own electric and gas
They do not rent homes anymore you have to buy one fix it and lot rent is 400 to 500 depending on how many live in it

For what u have to buy their trailers u cant bring in ur own!!!! N if u got a travel trailer u cant store it there.
You can buy them, but most are fixer uppers they start out at 500 and up, landlord is a slum lord.
