I'm not sure. I don't live there. Some places charge you lot rent along with rentals and also some charge you lot rent and you have to pay property taxes, which is totally bull. Because If you're renting the lot then Why would you have to pay property taxes and if you're paying property taxes on the land then why would you have to pay lot rent? especially the ones in Clinton township are like that. If I were you I would call their office and ask all of these questions before you attempt to get a trailer there.
