Greg Really helped me in purchasing my washer and Dryer for my home really smoothly,. No stress and good communication with him, and the people who will deliver and install my washer and dryer. He made sure he made all the necessary notes for the delivery guys to know on what they will specifically do, where to put the washer and dryer, where to install it. I had a horrible experience when I initially purchased my washer and dryer at Lowes Commons.(ended up returning that because of a huge stress that caused me) Crystal was the manager there and the Associate who assisted me was Yelizabeth and they were Horrible in all aspects mostly communication. If you are from Chino Hills go directly to Lowes at Peyton dr. and Look for Greg. he will surely help you. DO NOT GO TO LOWES AT COMMONS VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!

I've been having small projects here and there and I found myself being at Lowes and Home Depot more often. With all the things that I need with my project, it has become my "go to place" and its very important for me to have those personnel if they really take their time to help me out with what I need. I'm very impressed with Lowes lumber section especially to the employee named Anthony. I bought some wood with specific cuttings and measurements and I'm impressed with how patient he was and very accommodating. One of the reasons why I kept coming back at Lowes, great customer service on majority of their employees and mostly very knowledgeable. The Chino Hills location is also very clean and organized, I highly recommend this place.
