The office staff (Avalon Chino Hills) are truly great to work with. Especially Briana, she’s accommodating , professional, and swift. All of my questions pertaining to maintenance and miscellaneous issues were resolved in a timely manner. I greatly appreciated her hard work. All in all, Avalon Chino Hills is perfect, and I recommend newcomers to reside at this complex. Job well done Briana, keep up the great work!

I called Luis at the Avalon Chino Hills because our hot water wasn’t working. Within seconds I get a call back and he said he would arrive in 5 min, in less then 3 min Luis walks in checks the water heater changes a sensor and “BAM” hoy water is back on! It literally took all of 5 min to have my issue resolved!! Thanks Luis @ Avalon Chino. They have the best maintenance crew I have ever seen.

I have been living at Avalon Chino Hills for almost 5 years. It s a well maintained community, the lease office team is very nice and helpful. The residents are friendly and never had any issues living here. The maintenance team at Avalon Chino Hills is the best. I have created service tickets few times and they have always fixed the issue in the first visit. They always call in advance to make sure you are in your unit. They are all very polite. Never had any issues with the team. Living in the complex for more than 3 years. I would recommend leasing here.

We moved in a few months ago and absolutely love everything about this place. Specifically, both Andrew and Luis from the maintenance crew are phenomenal and very attentive to detail when responding to maintenance issues. They really make our stay in this beautiful community that much more comfortable and we appreciate everything they do!
