My air conditioning has been broken for 4 weeks and my calls and requests have been ignored. I was also denied the request for paper documentation saying that they could not provide a temp air unit and they never answered me back 😂 DO NOT RENT HERE BRO

10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! My first apartment and I must say it has been the worst experience ever! THE COVE ON 13 was taken over by LR Management in June . I put a maintenance request in around this time , spoke with the new and now property manager and was assured that the issue would be taking care of . Here we are 2 months later and nothing has been done. I’m still without air or full use of my apartment due to the very hot conditions the past few weeks because all they did was supply me with a half working portable air conditioner I’ve been confined to my bedroom . They never call back or communicate as to what’s going on , where they are in the process or anything you have to call constantly to get half of a answer and STILL LEFT WITH NOTHING..there is basically a whole in my apartment that leads outside and they have no sense of urgency to resolve or fix the issue either the property manager or the company who owns the property…I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND RENTING HERE!!!

Since management switched entirely and went from the Meadows to the Cove, it’s a place to be proud of. Previous management was absolute hell and useless to say the least. The new complex manager, Dave, is the most attentive and kind person I’ve met in a very long time. The lovely girls that welcome you when you walk in are the sweetest things ever. My family has grown to consider them a bonus family. When you walk into the leasing office, it’s like walking into your family’s home. If you want a place to feel heard and at home, the cove is the place to be.
