Was Sold Wrong Control Arm For My Vehicle And Also Was Told I Would Be Receiving Products On A Specified Date And Never Received Them. Ended Up Having To Obtain The Rim Myself. It Started As An Ill Have It Friday And By Friday I Was Told It Wasnt Guarenteed He Was Going To Have It. On Top Of All That Their Alignment Came Undone Twice Now (Since They Had To Redo It) Initially Came In And Said Fix Whatever You Have To To Make The Vehicle Right Again And This Is What Im Left With. A Vehicle With A Bad Control Arm That Doesnt Stay Aligned. When I Left Was Given A Rundown On What Still Needed To Be Looked At On My Vehicle, The Paper Stated My Brakes Needed Work. When I Called And Asked They Said They Have No Information On Record And Couldnt Tell Me What Was Possibly Wrong With The Brakes Yet Felt The Need To Give Me A Paper Stating They Needed Work. Ive Never Seen A Business Try And Avoid Work As Much As I Experienced Here. Came At A Later Date With A Different Vehicle To Have The Backup Camera Looked At, Was Quoted 500$ More Than The Dealership. Absolutely Wild Experiences. Not Recommended. Scam Artists. No Need To Reply To My Review Either. If You Wanted To Fix The Issue. You Should Have Done It Right The First Time.

I will say the work isn't cheap, but I'm a believer in you get what you pay for. They have the best warranty on parts and labor I've ever seen and I've been in the auto industry for many years. That tells you that they don't use cheap garbage parts. Best customer service I've seen in a long time too! I'll definitely be back if I need more work done.
