To be honest I'm not 💯% sure if they buy junk cars. But I know they do have used, remanufactured parts more than just batteries & alternators.

It usually take one to two days for them to get a part off a car and it depends on the type of part that you need
You'd have to call Highway to check availability. I'm their driver and bounce around all 3 yards hauling crushed cars.
