Sandhurst Apartments is my first home living completely alone. The staffs welcomed me with open arms and been very kind. I have no complaints about the upkeep on the property. The noise level in the building is great. Everything is completely perfect. Any time I have ever had an issue everything solved immediately. I’m obsessed with the fact that I have my own washer and dryer inside my unit. I love my home and I love everything about the apartment community

I've lived at Sandhurst Apartment for about 3 years now. Never had any problems. Front desk and Maintenance are great! If there is ever an issue with anything. they fix it right away. Walls are not thin and the 2 bedroom is spacious!!

Has gone up in prices, but not the worst

Fabulous choice for apartment but to give you the correct answer you must contact Leasing agents they're very professional greatstaff you'll love it there
Yes they do for an additional fee.. you pay for your utilities water is only 30 a month.
Always call and ask, the young lady said they have had new ownership take over so they are not accepting sec..8 at this time
