Used to be a great place, since new owners took over a few years ago they have let the apartment complex go in disrepair. The parking lot floods when it rains, storage units are not work the $10 a month they charge I would highly advocate for renters insurance as complex will not cover your losees if their storage units flood with rW sewage or there a water leak from the ceiling. If you love mold this is the place if you love the thought of spiders hanging upside down like bats this is perfect. The lighting in the parking lot is terrible they are cheap and for what they charge for rent I'd would expect more from a complex that's taking my money I work hard for. I've found needles in the parking lot beer bottles liquor bottles everywhere maintenance is terrible at keeping the property maintained . The heat is expensive in the winter I'd advise using a space heater. Gates never work they just keep them.open rather than Fixing them, the washer and dryers are always broken they don't want to fix them.but rather blame you for putting to many clothes in the dryer causing them to not dry properly. They are good at blaming you rather than owing up to their mistakes. Basically don't expect too much from maintenance rigging things instead of actually fixing the repairs. Don't expect anything other than rent increases and management blaming you for their mistakes.

I have lived here for 24 years the management is great their very good about answering calls and taking care of problems and mike the maintenance manager lives on the property and keeps an eye on the place like a watch dog he's an awesome guy I don't drive so I have everything I need rite here the bus stop is rite across the street theirs a super walmarts rite out my back door and 2 Kroger's in the nesr area not to mention a meijer not far away and the Walmart strip mall has all the meager stores in it like cvs marshalls dollar tree and 5 below the place is well kept and I'm happy to call this home thanks to having mike watching over us

I love my apartment I just got a 2 bedroom very clean everyone nice and it quiet been here almost 2 years doing a lot of upkeep in the grounds mantence is great very nice
