I work for this company in the 1990's & was treated well during my time there. I learned a lot from other professionals...from the owners, other professional lead men, & duct fabricators of what it takes to install & repair your HVAC SYSTEMS ( HEATING, VENTILATION, AIR CONDITIONING) BOB & BART maybe passed or retired but, the allowed a Veteran to learn how residential systems are installed.....the do have a parts department to help the do it yourself person & save a service fee. Northwestern Tech in Southfield is a place to learn from & Taylor Adult Education had a heating/cooling class...I attended both schools & AIT( ADVANCED INDIVIDUAL TRAINING) I still didn't know everything but, had a solid footing after leaving the Military. So if you or someone you know what's to make HVAC a career make that leap.

Joe did a great job. He was very quick and explained everything perfectly to were I understood what he was talking about.

Joe came in and in less than an hour figured out and fixed a problem multiple DTE technicians and other repairmen couldn't.

The company holds grudges against the clients who had to cancel the service for a good reason. Steve holds grudges. He is very argumentative. I think it's so unprofessional. Because of him I've never had any service. He came for the estimate but he did not schedule anything.The only good thing I can say is about the lady who answers the phone.
