I know people that live in this park and that we're promised property would be fixed but after rent was collected no one could get ahold of the manager now the new owners are condemning alot of the trailers not to mind most of the ppl that live there are low income with kids or on ssi or ssd and now have to face being homeless anyone know of any lawyers or where to go for help

Rats it's a big problem besides that the people who live there are pretty cool as long as you don't mind rats

Yeah I don't have a furnace either it doesn't work and people sure want their rent money though

Pelham doesnt rent you have to buy your house outright and have first and last lot rent upon approve application to stay.
Lot rent is only 360 a month but you have to buy the trailer there all different prices.
No issues living here daniel has it wrong been here 3years no issues like a usual park. Lits of seniors rs no dogs, quite. If you can afford better than lots of houses around area as well. Sometimes good people dont have tons of money to watse.
