DO NOT SIGN THE ADMISSION FORM IF YOU ARE NOT THE PATIENT!!!! PROMEDICA has sneaky wording in the contract that will make you financially responsible for the patient's bill if they cannot pay. When I asked about my husband's bill being in my name, they tried to tell me I was not financially responsible. However, after asking for a copy of the contact it clearly stated I was. Tried to give me excuses, but I insisted they have him sign it and take my name off of it. They know that this is a deceptive and illegal practice. BEWARE!!!

Staff is rude and doesn't care about patients. I personally witnessed multiple call lights going off at the front desk being ignored for extended periods of time. We sat waiting for 3.5 hours waiting for someone to come check our relative in. After mentioning that he was overdue for pain meds and was in severe pain, we were told that if they were unable to get his meds they would transport him back to the ER! Mouse traps and droppings all over the rooms. This place is DISGUSTING and should be SHUT DOWN by the state.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! THEY DO T DESERVE THE ONE STAR BUT THERE WASN'T AN OPTION FOR O STARS!!!!!!! I read reviews before going places like most of you and take into consideration a few of the 1 star reviews might be people who were mad or people who were too needy…… NOT HERE. Every single 1 star review was right on. We had a family member transferred here for short term rehab after a hospital stay. The hospital transferred them by ambulance to this horrific place. We met them there and waited for them to get into a room, once in the dirty room, with mouse droppings and traps all over they put us in, I immediately noticed the “new” sheet on the bed was stained and asked the ambulance driver if we could change it. After the sheet got changed (by myself) it was about 6:30pm. My family member needed medication and was in a lot of pain. We didn’t see anyone else for the next 3 hours. We eventually went to the station where the “nurses” were gathered laughing and playing on their phones and asked if someone could get some medication for his pain. We were told that they didn’t have his meds and they would “see if there was anything around” after another 45 min we told them that we were taking our family member out of this nasty, dirty, unorganized, unsupervised, lack of caring place. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS WELL BEING AT ALL TAKE THEM LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE THAN HERE. This place and it’s owners should be ashamed of themselves.
