I had a very good experience with this office. At the doctor appointment the staff was very polite and helpful. And the follow-up when I called to express my frustration at the high price of my prescriptions, Dara one of the doctors assistants that works in the office suggested several options for me and called me back after hours to explain what she'd be doing to help me out. I think that's very very good customer service and what everyone deserves to have.

Great doctors! Staff is OK. MGR different story. But expect waiting for 2-3 hrs. Really annoying!

Dr. SKOURES was my doctor, too. She no longer works with the practice.
Yes its open and sometimes it gets so busy the phones be off the chain, my advice to u is try calling around 7:15-10 am and im sure you will get thru faster.....sorry your having a hard time getting thru the lines. Hopefully this is helpful to u if you can't get thru Monday let my know, i will get your name ans birthday so they can schedule your appointment and make sure i give you the time and date that they set it up for ok... enjoy your weekend
