I cannot recommend Connell Chevrolet. I have tried twice now to get my car in for warranty work. The first time they took my car all day, then realized that they were missing a part to complete the job. They told me they would call once the part was in...nothing. So I wait a few months and call back. The service team was very nice and ensured me that the part was reordered. Again, crickets. This is clearly a theme at this point. I don't get it. Warranty work is basically free money for the dealership. If I were the owner I would be very upset that my shop was leaving money on the table. If the Connell Chevrolet team cannot handle basic customer service items(the little things) it makes we question the quality of other more technical services provided. For this reasons I cannot recommend Connell Chevrolet to anyone requiring service.
