If I had to guess, as of the date of this, I would estimate: Jury trials are around 70% Dismissals by seal when available 90-95% Plea deals when requested 85-95% Expungements are at 100% License restoration around 90% Call for further explanation. Every case is different.
My office is located in Plymouth near the Plymouth Courthouse so naturally a large amount of my cases are in Plymouth. I do handle hundreds of cases in Oakland, Washtenaw and Wayne County. Depending on the case I will travel statewide.
