WORST F****** service everrrrrr they never answer the PHONE AT ALLL like at all there’s hardly even workers there so it’s understandable but still why would I call a clinic if it’s a serious emergency who wouldn’t call 911 most dumbest thing ever that lady on the phone takes forever to talk and repeat everything and every language and it’s very irritating …. Worksthere always have a attitude & rude as heck like it’s a clinc somewhere where you are suppose to be professional the older doctors are so unpatient with their patient … front desk r older people are & they are very slow ..expect the Hispanic lady down stairs she’s super nice and works fast yea yea I get it , it’s a “ busy place😂” but still you could get there 20-30 mins early and they’ll make you miss ur appointment waiting so long for them ..1/ star if u ask me and yes I’ll be changing clinics soon just wanted to let others know about this horrible place

Wow!! Cannot believe this place it’s pretty sad the type of people that work in this specific facility. You get better treatment if you are of color and the nurses and physicians are too. Wth is that people should be treated equally regardless. They make you wait 3 plus to see a doctor. Finally when the PA or physician comes to see you they are rude as ever, specially a PA named Brandi. She made me feel small and that my illness or pain did not matter. I felt I wasn’t treated with dignity. This place is awful…I don’t recommend. These are the worst “doctors ever

The women here are snappy, i dont know what they have going on buy everytime i come here they're always in a rlly cranky mood. ESPECIALLY urgent care. omg the most pretentious ppl its like they expect u to know where things are, as tho i go every week or month. and that place is practically a maze! All that said its surprising to see all these bad reviews about it bcuz i thought it was just me. So just be ready for the arrogance and dont take it personally.

While I can’t speak for the people who have posted unfavorable reviews to their experiences , I love coming to this clinic. I’ve been five times and the health service I’ve received here has been excellent. The staff is so kind, friendly, and down to earth. Every time I’ve visited I see them laughing and joking with each other. I can tell people really seem to love working here and it really shows when it comes to their service! I always feel listened to and comfortable while receiving care. I could not be happier with my experiences. There is also a huge, free parking lot that saves so much of a headache when it comes to visits. I’ve never had trouble parking here. Which in LA is a godsend.
