If I could write a negative star review, I would. We are still waiting in a line that wraps around the entire Target parking lot after it has been coming up to 3 hours of waiting. I don't think this place has actual 'appointments'. The organization that has set this up could not have done a worse job in coordinating the tiniest bit of what can only be described as a disaster. This place needs to figure out how to be even slightly functional. Just don't waste your time, you're better off driving an hour for a test and it would still be faster. (UPDATE) We ended up waiting 4 hours for our 'rapid' test that was promised to have results in 15 minutes of which we did not get the same day but at 5am the next day, after our 1pm 'appointment' the day before. Honestly ridiculous.

Be warned - this experience took over 4 hours. This place is massively overbooked and understaffed for what they are promising. We arrived for our appointment at 11am and didn't get tested until 3:30pm. We paid a lot to get a rapid 2-hour PCR to travel tomorrow... it's now 10pm and we haven't gotten our results yet. They have no customer service after hours.

Arrived at the site at around 10am; my appointment was at 10:45. The line was insane and wrapped around the whole plaza. I did not reach the front of the line until 1:45PM. After almost 4 hours of sitting in the line, I finally was tested. For the most part, the long wait was understandable due to the holiday season. However, they were very short staffed for the amount of people who needed testing. For the amount of money I paid for "rapid results", it is now 5:15 pm and I still do not have results. Their website says that they close at 4:30.... So now I won't receive my "rapid" results for a full day after sitting in line for 4 hours?? I really should get my money back after this fiasco.

Terrible. 10am appointment. Testing vehicle didn’t arrive until 10.20. At this time at least 15-20 vehicles in line. No one cared to explain the delay nor the process. Poor given $200 was spent to be treated like this. Location Los Angeles, 90041.

3 days max
Cost varies depending on which tests you request and change depending on specials etc. Mine cost $79 for pcr and antigen, had results in 3 days.
