Visited for an expedited RT-PCR test (for an international travel). The sample (Nasopharyngeal) was collected very fast in like 10 mins. Received the result in the next 25 hours.

Spent 3 hours waiting for a COVID test down at TTS, came here and spent about 15 minutes. Tested 12/31, I got my result within 2 days for the free PCR and 15 minutes for the rapid antigen. Staff is super friendly, especially nurse Shalon. I enjoy coming here.

There is a increase in people testing everywhere so I understand why results are taking longer than the 2days advertised. I got mine in 3 days. Not bad for a free test. Regardless great customer service here. Everyone is always nice. There was a line down the corner and I was still out within 25 minutes. Service is pretty fast. Best testing site by far.

First, if you are searching for a drive through site, the Beverly Center location is not a drive through location. There were appointments scheduled during the staff lunchtime so those of us with appointments scheduled for 11:45 -12:00 waited until 1:00 to be seen. Appointments shouldn’t have been available during lunch hours of there wasn’t going to be staffing to ensure that there would be coverage. So please don’t schedule appointments around lunch time if you don’t have time to wait in line. The staff also had very poor customer service so it was a frustrating experience overall. I don’t anticipate these changes happening on COVID Clinic’s end despite multiple people providing them with feedback, so I wanted to be helpful to those of you booking appointments.
