Catt explained everything to me. I always get so confused trying to figure out the way the billing and trade ins work and she made all of that so clear! I absolutely loved her! Also she helped me with my indecisiveness and helped me pick out a case to match my phone. We bought 6 accessories, simply because she made it so easy to see what best suited our needs. We had been talking to Verizon, but after we had Catt help us.... we decided to stay with AT&T!

After you contact them. They may tell you to safely discard of the ewuipment. In most cases they di not want their stuff back. Also, most stores aren't going to tskebit because they don't have use of it unless you find a corporate owned store.
