My wife and I have went 3x to this movie theater and every time it's been trashed. I am a disabled man and I use a service animal and I cannot have her on the floor when it's sticky and full of trash. I contacted customer service and they told me next time come get them and they will clean it for me.. I will not be coming to this harkens movie theater if they can't Clean to the standards Especially during the coronavirus!!. I am not anyone's baby Sitter so I shouldn't have to tell them when it's dirty.

I went for Thanksgiving and while staff's mood was a little underwhelming, but I appreciated their presence. The popcorn and soda was delicious, while my matinee ticket cost me $8 a pop. The sound and visual quality of the film I watched were up to my unqualified standards. I've been coming here since I was a boy, and I'll continue to frequent this location into old age. Enjoy the magic of the movies!

I liked that there were no lines at this location but later I realized why.. they have the old seats ?! We usually go to the new location on near Estrella Pkwy on McDowell Rd where you get a nice wide and plush seat with electronic recline up or down..
