I patronized this establishment since 2020. I order Pad Woon Sen (glass noodles) and Lao Hot to go. Today, I placed my order and did not look at the dish before leaving. I never had to. When I go home, 31 miles later, and opened the container the noodles were red. I telephoned Thai Gourmet to express my dissatisfaction. The young lady on the phone remembered me. She told me, “Lao Hot makes the food red.” I informed her I order this dish from them all the time and it is NEVER had been red. Then she said, “The peppers they received this season turn the food red.” I requested to exchange it for one cooked correctly. I was told I had to pay for another one. I have eaten this dish since 1996 from various Authentic Thai restaurants, with the same spice level. Pad Woon Sen and other Thai noodle dishes are never red. I guess it’s okay to lose one customer.

This place is amazing the staff is awesome! It’s game 6 of the warriors vs the Celtics and they got the channels all set up, grabbed us beer, and brought the food! This place is BUSSIN!

I’m a big fan of Thai food, I’ve been in this location several times before. I stopped by because I was in town for dine in during the week, with my daughter & I just have to leave a bad review. The service was great as usual, their food is beyond phenomenal. The air conditioning in this place is what upsets me. Yes, they did have an option on the door for dine in or for Carryout. I was looking at their past reviews and it’s not the first time customers complain about this. OSHA needs to be contacted, and I URGE the Maricopa County Health Department to step in this location ASAP due to the fact that they are violating their employee rights! As heading to the restroom the temperature marked 90+ degrees. Shame on you!!! Get it together Thai Gourmet because you just lost another customer.

Good food, good atmosphere, great service… the fried rice was amazing, my wife loved the pho, and the pad Thai was to die for.. great place to have good Thai food.
