Pharmacy Tech/Pharmacist are NOT helpful. My prescription was sent to the wrong location. When I called, CVS, so it could be transferred, the Pharmacy TECH, explained that it would take between 24-48 HOURS, to have said transfer, completed. I have NEVER gone thru this. I am still shell shocked, that someone in the medical field, was not even willing to help with my situation. I contacted another CVS, & she let me know, it could take up to 2 hours. I STRONGLY advise NOT to visit this CVS location for any Pharmaceutical necessities. If a mistake is made, they WILL NOT help to fix it.

Literally everytime I order photos from this location there’s always something wrong. Either their printer doesn’t work for photos I already paid for and was promised next day. They don’t notify you when they’re ready, you have to call them and ask if they’re ready. Not ready on time Or it takes them forever to find them. Literally so annoying. And they never answer the phone unless you call at least twice

The pharmacist techs were unprofessional, and rude. No wonder why CVS has a bad rep because employees like them are hurting the brand. CVS you should strive to have a higher standard for your employees. I will never spend another dollar in a CVS store.

Called pharmacy about my RX. Was told it would be ready in an hour. I called at 6 p.m. Called at 7 to inquire if ready. They were closed! Why would she tell me that? I needed to start the medication right away and she knew it. I assumed they were open until 9. Switching to Walgreens. This is unacceptable.

This is one of the worst pharmacies I've used. They don't answer their phones, they call you with the automatic service that your prescription is ready but when you hi to pickup it's not ready. I guess I will have to go in and change ALL of my scripts to another pharmacy. I whichever over from Walgreens now I'm regretting it. I guess I jumped from the pot to the frying pan. Ugh.
