I had the unfortunate experience with Kim, her urgency and customer service is nonexistent. Wasted an additional 25 minutes after i waited 45 min to get help. Only needed a name of title change. After 25 minutes she says everything looks good but i have to have my vehicle pass emissions. Why cant this be said in the beginning? Now im late to pick up my kids from school. Thanks Kim just thanks for not disappointing on being the stereotype of MVD clerk.

I worked with Ricardo Hernandez. This gentleman was incredibly helpful and was able to fix a difficult situation of moving license plates around. He was very thorough and provided me with a refund too. This office works fast, total time in office experience was 20 min. Not bad for a walk in with a lengthy need of support for 3 cars.

Better than CA! Always better to have an appointment, but even without one, it was faster than a Disney FastPass. Great service and staff were very helpful in getting my son his first drivers permit. If you think you don't need to bring a certain document or documents. BRING THEM! We had to drive back, because he only had his ID. I grew up in Huntington Park, CA. You could buy fake ID's on Pacific Blvd all day, all day! Just bring your stuff and you won't waste time. Gas is expensive!

It's a mad house in there, lack of organization etc. People are confused as to their process. They have a line that goes out of the building and with this heat its crazy to stand in line waiting. Even with an appointment I spent an hour and a half to get a travel id which will be mailed to my house in about 2 weeks. You can feel the employees don't care to be there and you get a sense of how they hate their jobs, that gets in turn passed to their customers. At least I got my stuff done. *Update* 2/9/2022 Much improvement from previous experiences, they have appointments and walk-in, the process is much better with appointments and it was very quick compared to walk-in. Highly recommend making an appointment it saved us time.

Hi, When you go there there's a sign in front with the number on it to TEXT your name for Sign-In Appointment.
yesterday I wait 45 minutes in my car, I decided to go inside and ask whats what happened because I saw to many people who came after me and the person at front told me "oh!!! you can stay here now". So if I never decide to go and ask probably I wait more. Horrible service.
