This Walgreens Pharmacy is not good! You guys are the pharmacy the hospital uses you guys should have your stuff together. Northwestern should be embarrassed to use you guys as their pharmacy for their patients, seeing that you are connected to a hospital you should have the medications that the hospital prescribes on hand at all times. You should not have employees or Pharmisct that talk above the patient when the patient is trying to explain something, and the employee or Pharmisct should not talk to the patients rudely either. When the patient was waited on at the counter the first time the employee should have give the patient all of the scripts. There is no reason why the patient should have multiple profiles in the system that is all the pharmacy staffs fault, the patient does not make their own profile in the system. The patient should not have an alias account, when the patient called and talked to someone in regards to the scripts missing and an employee took payment over the phone and patient never received a call saying that they had an alias account when patient went over all information with the employee. Patients should not have to call at least 8 times to get through to the pharmacy either. And patient never was called to let them know that their medication was out of stock either. Something needs to be done at this Walgreens starting with training the staff on customer service and seeing if a patient already has a profile in the system. Get back to the basics!

I noticed this location had received low scores on reviews. I went into the pharmacy later in the evening expecting service similar to what as on the review board. I was pleasantly surprised with outstanding assistance and service by the pharmacy tech, (Quan) and Phamacist. Thank you for your service.

The pharmacy is in between the first and second floors. The rest of the store is on the first floor.
Yes and they have wonderful customer service and they do it in less than 20 min the whole process from ring up to sign the paper work to get the injection
