If you are in the area please stand clear of this nail salon and go to the one next door instead. Today was my first AND last time here due to the very poor experience and lack of care they have for their customers here. I asked for a very basic design and told both the owner + the girl who did my nails (her name is Bella) NOT to put gel on my nails. After my nails were done i was charged $57 for nails that look + should be a $25 set at most, and was told by Bella that she went ahead and put gel on my nails anyway after i told her I didnt want gel. I am very patient, quiet, and have never complained about my nails before UNTIL this experience. When I spoke to the owner about my nails possibly being re-done the way I wanted them to be from the beginning he INSISTED that gel polish was better and lasted longer and did not offer me even a refund. The one time I want to pamper myself has turned into a nightmare all because of this place. If you are a new customer please stay away from Bella’s desk.

Quiet in the a.m. I asked for a basic pedicure. They told me its $29. I kept saying regular basic pedicure that ive paid $17 for in the past. They put all the fixings aftey lied and said they dont have a basic. After riffing with them, all of a sudden, they have a basic. They emptied all the goodies and barely gave a decent pedicure AND gave me the wrong color which caused more commotion. I just kept the color and left. Will not be supporting any of these non black/brown nail salons ever again!!!
