Good for accomodations, but hyper expensive! $51 the night! If the price was clear, I wouldn't park here! But if you paid on the website is $30 , don't be scammed!

If I caould give a -5 I would, they have signs posted up $16 for parking but also have fine print which you can't read when you are trying to pull into the garage with pedestrians crossing, I was charged $46 for 1 and 1/2 hour, called customer service and the lady told me they have BIG signs posted when you pull in. WRONG!!! After researching, there are many more affordable places to park. DON'T GET SCAMMED BY THEIR SIGN!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WORTHLESS!

Worst parking experience I've had downtown. Horribly tight spaces and lanes, it was a tight fit in my mid-size car. Also SUPER EXPENSIVE! Parked here for one hour & it was nearly $60.

We parked for 2 whole days there were no issues then we checked out of a neighboring hotel and put our things in the car locked it and left for breakfast. We came back tool the car and left the city. On our way out we noticed our things weren't there so we went back the staff initially seemed helpful but they did nothing. We found our things on the emergency staircase but not all of it our laptops were stolen and our bags were open and dispersed all over the 8th floor of the stair case. There were things thrown similarly on the 4th floor. We called the police they told us they were coming we waited for an hour and they didn't show up. We called again they said they weren't coming contradictory to what they said initially. We went back to get the rest of our things that we left for the police and it was gone they had cleared the evidence. So we tried talking to the people responsible for the parking lot and they said to call during work hours and when i asked for a number they blew me off. So we looked through all of the emergency stair cases and opened the door that were supposedly supposed to sound an alarm nothing happened. On the emergency stair case there was a bed sheet and a bottle full of urine along with so many empty bottles on the floor indicating someone sleeps there. I am pretty sure it was an inside job due to the unwillingness of the parking-lot staff to help or show camera footage or give us any number to contact. It seems that whoever did it is experienced at car lock picking because we didn't notice anything was wrong for 20 minutes.
