Great little Mexican spot. Had the house margarita and it was delicious. The carnitas Enchiladas were delicious as was the Spanish rice that comes with it. I knocked off a star because I had to wait a few minutes to get seated despite staff walking by and my server suddenly left mid shift without putting my actual food order in so they had to ask if I had even ordered food. The replacement server was wonderful so I would definitely go back and if the service was spot on I'd upgrade this to a five star review.

On April 7th, 2022, we had dinner at one of our favorite local Cedar Hills Mexican Restaurant, Pepitas. They were packed and somehow just two servers fed us all. It may not have been as fast of service as usual but everyone was showing grace and no complaints were heard around us. The family at the table across from us, pulled out cards and played Uker. 😃 Our server got a 40% tip and earned every bit of it. Thank you Pepita's for getting it done and the food was amazing as always. Go and support local.

Vibrant place with lots of colors, authentic Mexican food and a very friendly staff. You feel welcomed here and treated well. The restaurant has a big parking lot as well. The best part of this restaurant is their sizable large drinks. Nice cocktails and mock tails. The rates of the drinks and the food are reasonable. Excellent customer service and fun environment. I had the chicken enchiladas and they weren’t the best I’ve ever had. They tasted a little old, and maybe pulled from a freezer, and heated. But I would definitely come back here and try something else on the menu, when I have more time. Would love to try their drinks.
