I would give it a 20 star rating if I could! This place has the most generous and kind resident’s and staff. We have been having some trouble affording food and bills. The next thing we know people are offering help every where we turn! We couldn’t have been more blest then we are now! This place really is a home!

This is the best place to live in Salt Lake! The apartments are beautiful and clean and maintenance is super responsive! The walls are thick and I hardly ever hear my neighbors and I've live here over a year and have already renewed. The community is great as well as all the FREE amenities including a gym, hot tub, movie theatre, and club house. But the best part for me is the employees who work there. Dolly, the leasing agent, is the best! She is the reason why I decided to lease here. In addition to being super responsive to any issues, she is so kind and a great person to talk to. She just builds a connection with every resident which makes living here such a great experience. Zac, the manager, is new to the property, and he is awesome! He is really on top of anything and everything. He is a super nice guy and really knows how to manage this community effectively. Lastly, Sam the maintenance guy is really good at what he does. He does a great job of making sure the apartments are in tip top shape when you move in and once you move in, any work orders you have will be addressed and completed within a day or two, if that! Bottom line, the employees here really care about their residents which makes any issue easy to resolve. Rest assured any of your concerns here will be managed in a timely manner and with compassion. I love it here, and I'll stay here!
