Great apartments! Very reasonable pricing (as of November of 2021). Can't recommend enough.

I had emailed about interest in seeing the residence, but only got a kickback email saying they are open. I also called multiple times to see if I could set up a time to tour the apartment, but no one answered. I left messages each time with contact info, but no one returned my calls. I still haven’t gotten an email back yet. Since there was no response, I visited the leasing office, but they had a sign saying they were not allowing walk ins, which is understandable due to COVID. If this is the case though, I would have hoped that they would be more responsive to emails and calls. If this is any representation to how their internal staff works with residents, I would imagine it being very frustrating.

I’ve lived here for almost a year, it’s a fine modern place to live, small and cozy. I moved in and was told guest parking passes were allowed. One month later they take away all guest parking passes so if you want friends or family over forget about it. I’ve had friends cars towed at the dog day care parking lot next door that mgmt said they could park at….. In a year I’ve had mgmt enter my apartment multiple times for “checks” they don’t notify you they just post a note on the clip next to your door so if your not home you’re screwed. 24 hour notice should be verbal with confirmation from the resident. If you come home after 8 pm Every parking spot is full and you’ll have to park on a red curb somewhere in the parking complex. The so called “reserve “ spots are empty every night. So if you don’t have any friend or family, like having your apartment investigated by mgmt every month having your car towed and then calling mgmt to talk to a voicemail every time, then this is the place to live.

Yes they do as long as they are service dogs u will need to show proof like a note from ur dr
