It’s abundantly clear that the sales staff here are on commission- two young women literally RACED- I mean running and yelling through the aisles- to retrieve my husband’s size for a fitting (and not because they were in such a hurry to be helpful). The guy who brought my size stood over me the entire time I tried on shoes while offering no feedback or additional help. It was an awkward and frankly uncomfortable experience that gave the strong impression he was hovering lest I walk off and lose him credit for the sale. When I came back a few days later to make a return, his immediate response was to ask if I was sure I wouldn’t rather make an exchange. Ultimately, I blame upper management for fostering such a blatant culture of up-selling and incentivizing on sales alone. I’m sure these employees are just trying to maximize their income (who wouldn’t?), but I felt that I literally only received “service” to be pushed into buying something. I found all the salespeople to be super unprofessional and pushy and will never shop with this company again.

We ask that you pick up your order within 3 days. Make sure to keep an eye on your email confirmation and pickup confirmation, as it will have an exact date and the address of the pick-up location.
Next day shipping does not necessarily mean it will arrive the next day. This is due to many factors such as time of order placement, holidays, delays in shipping, etc. If an order is placed after 12:30 p.m. ET on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday (except for holidays), it will be processed on the next business day. If a holiday falls on a weekend, then the Friday before and the Monday after should be considered as a holiday for purposes of processing an order. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the next business day. SHOE SHOW, INC. is not responsible for late orders due to schedules set by the delivery company. Deliveries cannot be made on weekends or holidays (and weekends should not be included in transit-time calculations). We do not ship shoes outside of the U.S. Gift cards will be shipped separately.
We ask that you please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to be transferred between banks, this does not include weekends or federal holidays.
