It's called The 13th Floor in reference to the urban legend, not because it has 13 floors. It's all one floor, set up as two distinct attractions, in a 30,000 square foot space, with high ceilings and enormous, grand sets. Walk through takes about 20 to 30 minutes depending.

There is no age limit. However, due to the graphic nature, it is not recommended for small children, toddlers or babies. We have had young children go through and have a great time and adults who go through and are in tears! You're the parent- you be the judge. A good rule of thumb is: if you wouldn't bring your child to a PG-13 rated movie, it's probably not a good idea to bring them to a haunted house.

We are not yet sold out for Friday, however our General Admission tickets are running very low. There are still many Fast Pass and Skip the Line tickets available. If/when we do sell out, there will not be tickets available at the door. We also do not accept cash at this time do to safety restrictions.

its a great haunt. one of the better on the scene. i didnt get stuck in a liong line thru the whole haunt like statesville. AVOID statesville. the scenes and actors are definitely committed to scaring you. I jumped quite a few times. while i am hard to actually scare, they surprised me. that is hard to do! I believe they offer blackout at some point. you want to be scared do a haunt in black.
