Apartments aren’t bad, rent isn’t too expensive but it’s supposed to go up like $500 after our lease… I wouldn’t live here, constant construction going on outside buildings, a worker who was operating an excavator almost broke our neighbors window. Management is terrible, they’ll send maintenance to your unit with no notice, they’ve been slapping us with random fees constantly since we’ve lived here. I love the layout of our apartment and it’s a very convenient location but if you can’t handle constant loud construction noise, paying $200+ more than expected on rent per month and random knocks on your door at 7 am then this isn’t the place for you.

I had called Mont Michael today 4/12/2022 at 2:13pm. I spoke with a young man name Joe. He told me to be there before 4:45pm to look at the available apartment because that’s the time he leave. He stated when I get there, call and he will meet me at the bottom. I got there at 4:20 pm, called with no answer. I called 28 times from 4:20pm til 4:45 pm and at that time the phone went straight to VM. That was very unprofessional and a waste of time and gas. I hope someone return my call.

Worst living experience ever. This place is under renovation and construction from October. Still under renovation. Too much Noise and dust. Even during weekends. Buildings laundry room is out of service from 2020 October till now …

Clean place is clean, swimming pool is dirty, nice space in the bedroom and living room because the first floor is close to another apartment like someone can hop over to your balcony and me,my husband see few notices on residents doors …Jade, we're sorry to hear that you have experienced less than our best.
